Thank you for being part of the Inclusive Learning Studio family. These are the simple ground rules that keep your subscription running smoothly and keep our materials protected — for the children, families, and educators we serve.
We’ve kept them short, clear, and in plain language. If anything is ever unclear, just reach out — we’re always glad to talk it through before you subscribe.
One clear timeline, so a renewal never catches you by surprise.
Cancellations must be submitted at least 14 days before the next billing or renewal date.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled to stop the next eligible billing cycle.
Quarterly, 6-month, and annual plans are prepaid and non-refundable. Cancelling stops the next renewal, but the customer will continue receiving the monthly boxes already included in the paid term.
Good to know: a monthly subscription is the most flexible way to stay in the box. Multi-month plans cost less per box because they are paid up front for the whole term.
Every story, card, and visual support is created with care — and each one is meant for the person it was purchased for.
All ILS materials are protected intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, scanned, photocopied, redistributed, resold, uploaded, recreated, or used to make derivative products without written permission.
Subscription materials are licensed for the intended purchaser/recipient only.

Each box is packed for one child, so every learner gets the full experience — their own story, their own materials, their own tools to keep.
One subscription box is for one child. If a family, classroom, center, or program needs materials for multiple children, they must purchase one box or subscription per child.
Materials from one box may not be duplicated or divided among multiple children as a substitute for purchasing additional boxes.
